Thy Tune is team of Chinese Herbs. It follows the rules of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medication). Basically, we suggest patients taking TT and keep taking anti thyroid med (Carbimazole and PTU). There is not interference between TT and anti thyroid meds if patients take them 0.5 hour separately to each other.

For patients with Goiter / Thyroid Enlargement / Thyroid Nodule

1. We suggest patients keep visiting their local Doctor as the 3rd party after started TT treatment.

Reason: It will be good for patients to have more professional advice from their local Doctor. Whether they are becoming better. Of course, patients will feel great improement under TT treatment.

2. Patients will feel much comfortable and more energy within 1st treatment of TT.

Reason: Patients thyroid hormone trend to be more balanced and harmony under the help of TT.

3. Patients will NOT get thyroid nodule / goiter smaller within 1st or 2nd treatment of TT.

Reason: TT just start to help patients’ thyroid hormone trend to be nomalise. It is too early to see nodule minimization.

4. We suggest patients to add TT-Assistant from 2nd treatment of TT if patients get hard and large thyroid nodule.

Reason: TT-Assistant can help patients to get quick minimization in thyroid nodule / goiter.

5. Patients may feel nodule / goiter / tumor become larger and softer around 3rd and 4th Thyroid Throu treatment.

Reason: The nodule starts to get minimization. The outer surface of nodule need to become softer first before nodule minimization. Such enlargement feeling will disappear 3 or 4 weeks later. Then, patients will find the nodule will a little bit smaller than before. It just like onion lose one of its layer. Patients will feel nodule become larger and softer AGAIN before nodule get further minimization.

6. Patients need to lower down the Beta Blocker (eg. Propranolol) if they are taking this med for heart beat control.

Reason: This med will make patients addictive to it. TT can help patients to have normal heart beat in natural way. Patients need not such med under TT treatment. However, patients need to lower down the dosage step by step. (Patients please ask Green Life Doctor by e-mail if patients do not know how to lower down Beta Blocker. We can help you!)

7. Patients can lower down the dosage of anti thyroid medicines (eg. Carbimazole and PTU) when their T3 and T4 lower than normal range or hyperthyroid patient's heart beat lower than 60 per minute.

Reason: TT help patient’s thyroid hormone trend to be much balanced. Patients need not so much depression from anti thyroid med. For example, patients need to lower 3 carbimazole tablets down to 2 tablets per day. (Patients please ask Green Life Doctor by e-mail or patients do not know how to lower down the meds. We can help you!)

8. Patients may feel hyperthyroid symptoms increasing around 3rd and 4th treatment. Such symptoms increasing will disappear 3 or 4 weeks later. Also, patients may find bad smell in sweat and stool.

Reason: Patients may feel the bad smell when TT excludes the expired hormone (toxic substance). It is a good thing!

9. We suggest patients to take another ultrasound scan after finished each 4th Thyroid Throu treatment. Then, compare with previous ultrasound report and show Green Life the detailed report.

Reason: Green Life Doctor can’t check patients face to face. It is the best way for Green Life Doctor to know what recovery level patients get.

10. Patients may get hypothyroid symptoms such as slower heart beat (less than 60 per minute) and feel cold easily under TT treatment. It is the signal to tell patients need to lower down the dosage of anti thyroid medicines (Carbimaozle, PTU and Tapazole)

Reason: Actually, patients are much easily to aware these symptoms change than Doctor. Since Doctor need blood test report to understand patient's condition and then adjust the dosage of anti thyroid meds. But patients can't do blood test every day. So we teach patients to adjust the dosage of anti thyroid meds according to their heart beat and hypothyroid symptoms.

11. Patients may feel their bulgy eye start to withdraw back at 5th or 6th TT treatment.

Reason: Bulgy eye is caused by the tissue size increasing behind eye ball. It is caused by thyroid hormone disorder in blood stream. This tissue will return its size only after thyroid hormone becomes much balanced and harmony.

12. Some patients will end with serious hypothyroidism if they get high antibodies (TPOAb and TGAb). Graves Disease patients also may get decreasing in antibodies from 6th treatment of TT.

Reason: There is not med (except steroid) can lower down such antibodies under Western Medication. Some patients with Hyperthyroidism Hashimoto will get antibodies decreasing from 6th TT treatment.

13. Patients need not reduce the dosage of TT under WHOLE Thyroid Throu treatments since the core of nodule is very hard. It need more TT to get it minimization.

Reason: The ROOT of thyroid disease will be remained at last. Thyroid Throu need enough TT dosage to do cure the ROOT of disease. Sometimes, we shall ask patients to increase dosage of TT.

14. No matter how enlarging thyroid patients get, they will get minimization in nodule / goiter / tumor gradually under TT treatment. Patients need to keep TT and TT-Assistant until they get completely recovery.

15. Normally, patients need to take 10 ~ 16 treatment to get Total Recovery. Patients with diffuse goiter need more Thyroid Throu treatments to get Total Recovery.

Remarks:

1. Hyperthyroid patients need to avoid all the food rich in Iodine.

2. Patients with goiter on neck need to avoid all kind of beans especially SOY and soy milk.

3. Patients with diffuse goiter may need more TT treatment to get recovery.

4. Patients need to keep themselves with good mood everyday. It will speed up recovery process.

5. Patients may need more Thyroid Throu if they lose lot of weight within short period before. Lose weight within short period means patients get great hurt in their health.

6. We suggest hyperthyroid patients to keep small amount (half tablet a day) of anti hyperthyroid medicines under TT treatment if they get cyst / nodule / tumor in neck. That will make patients feel better under TT treatment.

7. Normally, we suggest patients taking 6 TT capsules before breakfast and 6 TT before dinner. We shall suggest patients taking 18 TT capsules a day if they get serious hyperthyroid symptoms.

8. We suggest patient taking TT at least 0.5 hour before or after taken anti thyroid meds. That can avoid interference to each other.

9. Some Doctor will prescript thyroid hormone replacement (Thyroxine) to hyperthyroid patients if they get goiter / nodule in neck. This is paradoxical method that will “LOCK” hyperthyroidism and make people suffer in longer time. We strongly suggest hyperthyroidism patients should not take such thyroxine / hormone replacement while taking Thyroid Throu.

10. How many TT treatments patients need depends on patient individual condition.

11. Patients need to avoid white and green carrot. It will dissolve the effect of TT.

12. TOTAL RECOVERY under Thyroid Throu means:

         1. All data in blood test are within normal range without taking any medicine.

         2. All symptoms disappear without taking any medicine.

         3. Thyroid nodule / goiter disappeared under ultrasound scan.

         4. Bulgy eye withdraw back, eye dryness and tearful eye improved completely.

         5. Women's period returns normally.

Patients can stop TT only after they match the above conditions. Otherwise, patients should not stop TT.

13. We suggest hyperthyroid patients need to lower down the dosage of Beta Blocker step by step under Thyroid Throu treatment. The reason is TT will help patients to have normal heat beat in natural way. Patients should not stop Beta Block suddenly it will cause heart problem.

For example, patients are taking 3 tablets of Beta blocker.

1. Patient need to have normal heart beat (68 – 80 per minutes) before lower down the dosage of Beta Blocker.

2. Patient can lower down to 2 tablets a day if he/she get normal heart beat.

3. Then, patient need to keep this dosage at least for 1 month.

4. Patient can lower down to 1 tablet if he/she still gets normal heart beat for 1 month.

5. Then, patient need to keep this dosage at least for 1 month.

6. Patient can lower down to half tablet if he/she still gets normal heart beat for 1 month.

7. Then, patient need to keep this dosage at least for 1 month.

8. Patient can stop lower down to 1 tablet if he/she still get normal heart beat for 1 month.
