All the orders will be sent by EMS express through Hong Kong Post Office with a return address from Green Life Herbal.

1. Customers from USA and Canada. The TT parcel will be sent from our USA warehouse.

2. Custoemrs from Europe. The TT parcel will be sent from our UK warehouse.

3. Customers from other area. The TT parcel will be sent from Hong Kong headquarter.

1. For USA and Canada, The parcel will be sent by UPS.

2. For Europe, The parcel will be sent by Royal Service.

Basically, we accept PayPal and Credit Cards. Customers will come to PayPal website after select purchasing item. Please select paying by credit card (Visa or Master) if you don’t have don’t have PayPal account.

Q6. Do you have other payment method?

Yes, customer can pay by Western Union or MoneyGram. The related information are shown as following:

Q 7. Is it safe to use Credit Card purchasing in your website?

Green Life need patient’s name, address and phone number (for delivery) only! Detailed credit card number and expired date only will be done at PayPal secure payment system. The secure payment system is a 128 bit encryption system in which all the information you enter including your credit card number, expiry date will be securely protected.

Even Green Life Herbal Pharmaceutical Ltd doesn’t know any information about the buyer's credit card number and its expiry date. And, Green Life will not send any email for asking the buyer's credit card number and its expiry date.

Q 9.When the will the payment confirmation be made?

For Paypal, it also will be confirmed 3 hours after you pay successfully in our website.

For Western Union, it will be confirmed 2 days after your transfer successfully.

Q 10. What is the average delivery time?

USA and Canada orders: Patients will receive around 4 - 6 days after purchased online.

Europe orders: Patients will receive around 5 - 7 days after purchased online.

Asian orders: Patients will receive around 4 - 5 days after purchased online.

American orders: Patients will receive around 7 - 9 days after purchased online.

Q 11.When my treatment will be sent?

Thy Tune parcel will be sent 1 working day after we have received the payment confirmation. Hong Kong Post Office is available between 09:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday and 09:00 to 13:00 on Saturday. The treatment order at Saturday and Sunday will be sent at next Monday.

Q 12. Do you ship orders outside the Hong Kong?

Yes, although we do not have distributors in every foreign country, we have successfully shipped to doorsteps around the world.

Q 14. My area has very high import tax. Can I avoid the import tax?

Normally, Green Life need to issue the exactly cost of TT in invoice. We can consider to put the cost of Thyroid Throu as US$3.00 each box if customer really need such help to lower down financial burden. Please be reminded that Green Life does not take any responsibility for such arrangement.
